We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact mahnoorchana1@gmail.com before sending the item; accepted returns will receive a return shipping label and instructions. Damaged, defective, incorrect, custom, personalized, perishable, personal-care, hazardous, flammable, sale items, and gift cards are generally non-returnable. EU customers may cancel within 14 days as permitted by law.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank may take additional time to process it.
